Obtained a notice from CMG in April saying used to do not spend my HOA fees. 10 Can I replied via FAX for their organization fax having a notice and bank statement. Used to do not notice something and obtained a statement today my.interest and costs doubled the total amount due from $170 to nearly $400 due. We just spend $96 a decades (nothing below) and somehow there is a unique evaluation of $68. XX I've mail'd her with one reaction nevertheless when I requested when and at what price they include "administrator costs", curiosity, late fees which I'm seeking an itemized overview whilst the SC HOA regulations express we are able to and also to verify these fees I never heard back from her... However many corny attorney delivered us a notice declaring I owe this. I double-checked with my lender in February that these inspections removed plus they stated "YES".
