Matthew Long, or Matthew Rone, Beware of These Scammers Who Pose As Legal Investigators In Order To Scam You Of Your Money

I was able to track the call some and this was what I had found:

425-606-3786: landline/unpublished phone number
Call from Issaquah, Washington (near seattle)
From the county: King
This name was most likely also a fictitious name as well, because this is a Western name and he had a very, very thick Indian accent that I was barely able to understand his message on my voice mail, nor could he pronounce the name of my city properly and stumbled on the name several times and he barely could speak english. I barely could understand his full message and he also mentioned something about a "yarming"?
Matthew Long had stated that he was from the Department of Investigation and he had left a threatening message on my voicemail stating that "a complaint was filed against me" and that if I do not contact them as soon as possible along with hiring an attorney then "the "State Officers" of my State" will come to my home and arrest me. He also stated that he "feels very sorry" for me if I choose to ignore and disregard to return their call and he had listed my full address and personal information, also stating he had my social security as well but never stated it, and that they would send the police to my home shortly if I do not comply. The house phone number was not even in my own name nor the address. I tried calling back multiple times but the number was disconnected and out of order, twice I contacted the operator and they were unable to verify any phone number with that name, then I did a few checks online and this was all I was able to come up with.
I hope this fake government organization is arrested, penalized, and imprisoned soon, regardless of their location. Because this stupid little prank call already had cause problems with my family and my mother has already started telling family and associates that I am a criminal and going to prison all because of a stupid scam call greedy for money. What makes matters worse is that I am still dealing with my father dying, and my recent divorce coming from an abusive marriage. The least I need to hear right now is some investigation, penalty, or imprisonment. Fake or real.
