Construction company/HOA increasing HOA fees but not doing anything to improve the community. Homes and property NOT selling so they need the money! There are no community activities and the little park is stays full of dop poop! Homeowners cut there own grass and edge up the common area in front of our own homes. Willow Creekk construction is now building new BRICK homes that is NOT selling and need the money. Every month we are spending money to correct the poorly built house. My garage entry was cracked by one of their dump trucks when we first move here, cement still cracked. ALSO, just found out our house should have NEVER passed inspection, Electrical problems. There are no community meetings so what is the extra money for. You can tell the community is not happy to see Afro Americans can afford to live in the neigborhood... So, they try to force us out by increasing fees.
