Hello, we find this and more info about lawsuit against Beazer Homebuilder and decided to email you with our question.

I live in community developed by Beazer in Tampa Bay Florida area and made some resources about Beazer Communities of Townhouses prices has been sold in our close neighborhood area and we coming with feeling that residents of our community Hidden Creek (including my family) have been steered to purchase overpriced town homes in year 2006. Beazer sold us homes for so-called pre-construction prices? Honestly we are getting frustrated day by day watching new listings on MLS of our community where townhomes being offered for sale as well as in new developing community by Beazer Sawgrass Village where same townhouses like mine are selling now for $129.900 where in Hidden Creek we paid $169K and in Seminole Palms at Largo residents paid $124K in year just 1 year before us. We are wonder why we been pressed to pay too much for our homes with the different about $44K in mortgage payments and how we can sale our homes now to satisfy Banks obligations with the huge shortage of equity and funds.
