PPF Homes has had MAJOR turnover within the past 12 months. Can't keep foremen (who all promise services, or to fix major mistakes while building is taking place) are administrative staff and must deal with answering services.
Bill O'Neal and his staff will promise ANYTHING to you until they have your money in hand... Then good luck getting anything. Make sure you get everything in writing. Even small items such as: cleaning up after the house is completed, grading property, waterline installation, etc. Don't go on his charm and "we'll take care of that for you" responses.
My house was almost 7 months delayed... And not because of weather, but because PPF HOMES is so stretched beyond belief they double book contractors at multiple sites and end up having contractors quit and go to other builders because they are so unorganized.
I would never suggest anyone build with PPF Homes. Our community is very dissatisfied with them and is looking at talking action. If you are thinking of building with them, ask current homeowners who have built with them about their problems. They will agree that continuing with PPF is one of the biggest mistakes of your life!!!
Spend the extra money and go with other builders such as LTS who has the staff and time to work with you or even TARGET homes they have a smaller staff but they are treading water like PPF Homes / Pocono Property Finders.
