This association is a rip off! They assess fines for every little thing. Got assessed a fine for having few leaves on the front lawn... It's FALL you idiots! Take it up with God! Say that the lawn needs to be mowed. Lawn is and has been mowed. I was even assessed once because the tree in the front yard blossomed a different color flower one year. Give me a break!!! You are the ones that planted those trees. I have no control over nature. If you really think I have that kind of power, then I would be shaking in my boots if I were you.
They are never happy. This is how they make their money.By assessing the crap out of the homeowners. If you need more money, just raise the association dues, and stop the harassment!
