Found website while looking for work called them and ordered testing material to take the battery exam for the Poatal service

I would like to file a report to try to recieve my refund of $129.45 for study materials through Testing Authority Inc. I just tried to call the number and it is not in sevice so i tried to go to web sight and that is when I found out it is a scam.
