Landlord is really a slumlord, she collects rent and never makes repairs. Always leave jobs unfinished or messed up. Refuses to hire lisenced contractors to keep up with building in 53-55 Madison Street in Hartford, CT. She seems very promising and nice, but the total oposite. Place I reside is infested with MICE - haven't fixed the problem in a year. Never rent from her.
