I know above mentioned name of the company since fifteen years. They had very good reputation in their field. I purchase one villa in Eden Lane villas-2 because of their solid reputation.
I have already paid 80% of amount regarding the villa I purchased. I was expecting its possesion Jan and willing to stay my vacation at my house.
But I found diferent scene. They only finished structural works. On the other hand they are launching new projects one after one and leaving ongoing uncompleted. They are demanding installments on time and delaying the projects.
Majority of their customers are oversees. They are worrying for their investments. They are lying if someone call their office. They pretend different reasons.
Government and media is also sleeping. All their customers should unite and put pressure over them by different means like sending letters to chief justice of pakistan, chief minister of punjab, electronic and print media.
I request all thier effected customers to take action immediately to put pressure on the developers to finish and handover to their customers those are working abroad who are worring for their investments.
