I dog fee. I sent letters to Cross creek (in fact i emailed them @crosscreek/cncinvestments.com) and was assured it was taken care of and i would receive the 150 again "any day now" still nothing. 7/7 i received an email from "Misty" bookkeeper at Cross Creek and she was having it "rushed" to me. I'm still waiting and then i found out on Sunday 7/12 that one resident who received a $51 refund that the check actually bounced. When you call you get nothing. No person to talk to and the voice boxes are "full" ALL THE TIME. This is a company that really has no business being in business.
