Ripoff political corruption victimized many consumers

This pipe was approved by the building codes, but not by the municipal codes. The City of Hemet did not take a stand on this issue, and allowed the pipe to be utilized knowing it does not last and is inferior.

This pipe type is disintegrating and breaking citywide, and the City Council adopted this ordinance so the City of Hemet would not have to pay for repairs and be responsible. The pipe can shear from constant vehicle motion and heavy trucks constantly traveling the roadway.

I have received bids of $6000 and $7000 for repairs and I cannot afford this.

Since the sewer lateral is broken in the street and not on private property; consumers/homeowners should not be responsible for the repairs.
