Charged me 1.98 for the cd then charged my bank 69.95 without my concent

I settled the 1.98 for that disk, they costs me 69.95 per week later after I was just designed to purchase the disk. I'm just one mother of 4 who can't afford them to con me such as this. E-commerce ought to be turn off. They're fraud artists plus they are horrible individuals for hoping on parents like me.
