Caution - lenovo pcs
While my pc - that had proven no indicators of the dilemma - abruptly turn off - & the Restoration Disk & Driver Disk supplied with the pc didn't function - I approached Tech Support Team.
I had been informed that I needed another disc but as my GUARANTEE HAD EXPIRED A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE, I'd have to purchase an "WARRANTY" to obtain the disk.
Questions:
1) this program that constantly examines the machine for issues never delivered a caution. This brings me to request: Was my COMPUTER-PROGRAMMED TO TURN OFF the moment the guarantee expired?
2) Why was the required Driver not about the Disk supplied by Lenovo?
3) Why did not Lenovo present to market me the Disk after I told them that I didn't need the "Warranty"?
I would recommend that you simply "Think Hard" before considering purchasing a Lenovo pc. When I declined to purchase the "Warranty", my pc continues to be no longer working.
