We are former long term residents of this disaster! Gables management is by far the worst company on this planet.
If you want to get taken advantage of in everyway, by all means sign a lease with them. Anything goes on this property. Crime is out of control.
Check out forums and Craigslist and you will see just how bad it is.
Broadstone Dunwoody/Gables could not have their attorney remove anything because its the truth folks! Just look at the tone of the letter.
BTW, interesting why all the people mentioned in their response are long gone.
