Ripoff praising favortism to mexicans and not showing any thank yous to the american whites shorting work hours to weed out employees

Store manager over praises the mexican workers, showing favortism to mexicans workers. Shorting the hours of white americans and giving the hours to other employees of the company. It's also being done in other burger kings in springdale, fayetteville, bentonville, arkansas.
