Many years ago the us postoffice chose to install bunch containers due to the vandelism and theft of email from individual mailboxes.

This past year the local postmaster chose to start curb-side support again because in her phrases 'it's economical in the place of deliverineg email in a bunch box no surprise the postoffice doesnt have the money for six day delivery with that type of thinking!
