I tried to file for unemployment on Jan 20th on-line as it is the only way to do it. I thought I had been corresponding with them to try and get the ball rolling. The Unemplyment Advisor made me think that they were the unemployment office?
So today I tried a different way & found out that "The Unemployment Advisor" is a service you pay for so they can help you file??? I am shocked, I haven't paid any money or been asked to do so [yet] and also haven't been able to get to the actuall form to file??? This co is totally mis-leading.
I'm new to doing business on-line & now I have wasted 2 weeks thinking this was how to go about filing. I called any phone numbers I found & got no where. This really sucks.
I Googled the co name & thats how I found usacomplaints. Coms. Up to now I had just been replying to their E-Mails by clicking on reply. Now I guess I have to go back to square one & see if I can figure out how not to get sucked into this co again. I guess I can go to a library & they can help me with this.
I have never filed before & can't believe some jerks would take advantage of people who are out of work & try & rip them off like this.
