I was given no choice, I was assigned to this company, the Unemployment advisor. They did not discuss any fees with me, not talk of any costs to me. I was not given any way to communicate directly with this company, the Unemployment advisor. I attempted to send them an e-mail, but it was returned to me as delivery failed. They must have a block on their e-mail.
I fear my unemployment benefits have been compromised because of this company, the unemployment advisor. I have no other recourse. It is extremely frustrating to be boxed in like this, without my choosing and without any way out that I can see.
