This company is probably the worst company I have ever worked for. I have seen scams before and I thought that when you see signs with the name "D.A.R. E" you wouldbe helpping the cause, but thats not true.
They lure you in making you think you will become a manager and then within 1 year have your own office. They use D.A.R. E and Amber Alerts as lures to get people to buy cheap but yet over priced toys off their tables. They actually had the nerve to metion at several sales meetings to use the missing boy in Immokalee as a selling tool to make a lot of money. Now that is GREED.
They make you work from 8:30 am to 9pm no matter how cold or if its raining out just to sell their stuff. Now they get it from I* (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) which is a tri level like Pyramid company.
They tell us never to give reciepts to the customers and to throw them away. Tey tell us that even though the 5% of the sale which on 10 dollars is 50 cents goes to the charity. The rest goes except for 35% goes to the company. The turnover is huge they are always interviewing 10-20 people a week because after you fgure out gas and hours you make 2-3 dollars an hour.
This company really has no ethics at all They train the salepeople what to say to "Close" the sale and then they tell them what to say to get more money. The meetings never go over how much we raised for the charities it is all about how many "Units" we sold. They never mention how much we are helpping out the charity, but the biggest thing that got me was they used the missing child as a clsing tool to get more sales like it was a joke. They have a Charity box they say that if you buy something just buy something else and put it in the box and a D.A.R. E Rep will come and collect it. I never seen a rep ever come to get it. T
His is a scam and the News Media needs to look into this and close them down. They are greedy and have no intentions to help the charities. Theyjust use them to make money...
CLOSE THEM DOWN!!! And Help the kids for real!
