My mom had a false case against her that was dropped on 8/12/04 and on 8/20 she signed a contract with this guy to help defend her. She gave him over time a total of $1,500.00. He kept on telling us from 8-2 that he was waiting on a court case, in Feb me, my mom and dad went to the DA to see what was going on. Turns out that on 8/12,8 days beforeshe signed the contract with this liar and ripoff that the charges were dropped and that they would not proceed with the case, we went to his office and he said well at least you found out it was dropped. What was he there for then? Why did we pay him $1,500.00 if hewas to find out if there wa a cse against her or not. Then to sue the people h wanted $2,000.00 more and said that as for "aggravation he sees much". He i not alawyer h is a criminal and not a Christian just a liar and a ripoff. To this day the money he owes us has never been paid back. Why, I don't know he doesn't have a right to keep the money when he didn't do anything and the charges were dropped 8 days before he was hired.

This woman named Rita Payne helped this Criminal get away with taking $1,500.00 from my mom as the charges were dropped 8 days before he was hired and then she said it was past the date of action, well for two years we were looking for attorneys and foreigners except Mexicans don't get help as in knowing what to do when a lawyer screws them over, they don't get a handbook with info. But this ignorant american would rather help this liar than help me and my mom get the money back that isn't rightfully his. Thanks Rita Payne for showing what a fraud, ripoff, and a helper to criminals you are. Me and my parents are pissed off at you for helping him a criminal and a liar. To this day till you pay it you owe us $5,000.00 for the criminal act you committed and helped him keep the money that wasn't his.
