I am writing to let you know that the post office has been steeling my money and my boxes. First of all, I carried three boxes there to be mailed to Ocala the first one was supposed to be $20.00 the man charged me $42.00 Then the next item if it was less than what they desired they charged me all the fees so it can add up to more money. Like for example, insurance returned receipt, certified mail registered mail etc.
I had sent 25. Boxes I only received 13 twelve of them has reach ocala as I m talking to you and each time I go there they refused to give me a receipt claiming that their machines are not working properly therefore they could not give me a receipt. It is after that I realised that they did not want to give me a receipt because they were keeping my belongings especially, a box full of classical Cd's and DVD's that I sent through them.
Their service were lousy when I come there sometimes they kicked the boxes, put other people's boxes on it and when they send it they charged almost express time for it larger boxes for small sizes, and send it as slow as they can and charged me as much as they want to from one post office to the other states. They also charged the box media mail so they can used COD.
And not putting the right price so people can get in on the false hood and ditch people to what they are not to be in. What they do is to put a slip which is a COD and until I pay another amount they would not deliver it. Last time they returned some of my boxes under the pretense of not paying. They already over charged me an amount of 150.00 and starting to get the same type of treatment here where I am since they have been communicating with the one in Berrien Springs to vex people with the same delusion.
Another thing that they keep doing is to speak so loud like I am death so others and their favorite can get into it so they know what to get in for. They are extremely disrespectful over ther and keep saving people time and if they do not get what they want they act forceful so they can get the authorities in on it in order for others to be arrested.
If you looking for your money in your purse to give to them they do not wait one second to do other works so you can get stranded while you hear their mouth rumbling stay until four stay until whatsoever time while they passing other custommers in front of you pretending they were their first.
They are always seeking for an arguments to get people to be derided so they can have a reason to be nepotistic and roudy. They need to give people back they money and give better service as to not acting as though people are their slaves
