A telemarketer identified herself as "the company who supplies all your office needs" (lie #1) one of my employees needed sharpie marking pens. He asked how much they were and was told $2.60 per box. (lie # 2) he ordered four boxes because staples cherges $7.99 a box. The saleleswoman said that shipping was free. (lie # 3) a week later we get 4 boxes of sharpie pens with an invoice for $ 150! The bill said we ordere a half case of pens. Lie# 4) we did not. They have sent us this outrageuos bill many times and we have refused to pay it. We told the m they can send a courier and you can have back the four boxes of pens you sent us. We will wait and see.
