Told me the ywere acting with authorization from my bank to protect my account they were deceptive and dishonest

Obtained my checking account information and then charged my account $399.00 without my authorization or signature. Ilearned about this when the check appeared on my bank statement. This company is using the name of a bank with a similar name. I have reported this to the police and my bank.
