I complained to the BBB about Janks Construction, a business that they certified. They declined to do anything about it as the matter had gone to arbitration. We won the arbitration and provided full information to the BBB about numerous failures of Janks Construction including building not to code and using an illegal contract. BBB never posted the fact that we complained. Could it be the BBB cares more about businesses paying their fees than protecting consumers from bad businesses?
