And then 2 weeks later, "Drops in" unannounced and in a friendly manner looks at property for rent, and then asks to see the rest of our property. Morris then turns around and makes financial offer to purchase all available land, and even give a "lifetime" agreement for the seller to continue to use the property. He will draw up a contract and then have everything surveyed. Needs to know right away - and he will only be paying CASH, 100%. Then Morris says he wants to keep everything "quiet". Until the deal is completed. He apparently targets "expensive properties. Talk is cheap and unfortunately not illegal! So, just tell him to go away you are not interested in selling. Warn others...
