I was interested in Bayside at Fort Howard, a senior care community this company promised to develop about 3 years ago. Many Veterans including myself have given this company upfront deposits of $500 to $1,000 with nothing developed for us to date. I can't seem to get my deposit back either and I am not sure what is going on with the company. When you call the company for your deposit, no one wants to talk to you or lead you in the right direction to get your deposit back.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
Federal Development and John Infantino MUST BE STOPPED! Contact the Washington, DC Attorney General's office and file a consumer complaint!
