Billy is the owner of coulbournes contracting in Hurlock Maryland. He is also 1 of the counties bigest gigilo's. He supposedly has been with his now wife "Jane" for 18 years but also in that time of 18 years has produced multiple children with multiple woman.
Oldest child is by his "now wife" 18, then next 14 or 15 year old by another lady that has been with Mr. Coulbourne off and on for about 20 years, then another aprox. 10 by Jane, and another aprox. 8 by another yet girl friend who has since filed a paternity suit against him, then yet another aprox 1 1/2 year old by yet another girl friend.
The youngest 2 children Billy has privately admitted to fathering but publicly denied the children and walked out of childrens lives. While most men are hit with child support and jail Mr. Coulbourne gets to make babies and leave them and nothing happens to him.
He gets to live his life, hunt, play softball, go fishing and pick and choose the children he has time for or wants to take care of.
