I have been working at Mobile Aerospace Engineering, for a sub contracting company named Aircraft Workers World Wide exactly 7 months. Upon hirring me my contract noted that if i agree to work for them i will receave a $200.00 travel bonus, After completion of 90 days a $300.00 bonus. I haven receaved any of this yet. During Employment with AWW over the last 7 months my checks have been shorted, some times you are never paid on time. The owner Daniel Harden Calls the employees and ask for referals to his company, and offers a referal fee of $200.00, but when you refer someone he dosnt pay you. I had to take a drug test one day, and leave work early, but they wont pay me for the two hours i was gone. I want to leave this contract company, and transfer over to a new one but they wont let me. What should i do?
