I have called the number left by the lady in Cedar Rapids twice. I also left my email address. I have had no response. As for the second rebuttal&If the Masterguard company isn't responsible for the independent contractors selling their product—Who is??? That's what I've heard for 15 yrs. Everyone trying to pass the buck!!! No the alarms did NOT save any lives. They were installed downstairs. I worked 3rd shift, ands was sleeping upstairs. 2 cats lost their lives—Kitchie and Mitzi. I also lost a puppy&Chucky. So how much is the loss of their lives and years I could have been with them? I was guaranteed when I bought the alarms that I could call and in case of a fire—They would be replaced. Your company guaranteed the insurance. Never got a response!!! Ths is a very bad situation. I don't have the money to file a lawsuit. If I did, I would ask for a lot more than the cost of the alarms and interest. What are my pets lives worth? Thank-you.
