Free Dinner—We bought Masterguard fire alarms in 1990-91—They promised to replace these alarms free of charge if there was a fire—They never answered any calls. Through the years, employees have called to tell us we won a free dinner for ourselves and 3-4 other couples. Every time, I told them this problem, was promised assistance, then never heard from them again. 2 mos. Ago—I actually went to a dinner at Lonestar Steakhouse in Waterloo, Ia. With 2 other couples. This man promised me in person to do something—guess what—he never called again. I then sent the company emails, which they just don't bother to answer. I feel they owe the price we paid for them plus 15 YEARS interest!!! I certainly don't want to deal with them again.
