This company continues to take advantage of people who are incarcerated and their families! Someone needs to stop them.
Global tel link overcharges on calls... Drops calls... And still refuses to do anything about it.
If you set up a pre-paid account, the most you will get out of each $50 you put on, is about 3 phone calls! What kind of crap is that?
Also, my cousin, who is incarcerated, bought a calling card, and in using it, he gets no less than 3 dropped calls in a row, or doesnt even connect, which means he has to call back, and when he finally does get thru. His card is used up!
This is no technical problem on their end. It is just plain RIPPING off the consumers who made their company!
If someone wants to start a class action. Count me in! Im tired of Big companies taking advantage of the Little people who MADE their company 'sucessful'.
