Took my kids because i was being abused by there father... My daughter now got bite by a dog in foster care

Well first off my children are 1and 2 my son is one... Daughter is 2... On dec 21 c&y came to my house and said they were taking me for custody of my kids... I

I had no time to get a lawyer because i wasnt served untill 11:30pm the night before court... I was ordered to stay in a woman shelter with my children because the 'home was not safe'... I did that and followed the rules and still was told i was not complying with what they wanted me to do...

So we went back to court on january 11th and the court gave custody to c&y from that day on my kids went down hill... My son would do nothing but cry... And to boot my daughter got bit in the face by a dog in the foster home she was in... At 11:30 at night and now is terrified of dogs and has nasty scars on her little face

After that inncedent my daughter "shut down" as they called it and would do nothing but stare at a wall... She had no emotion and they were trying to do emotional therapy...

All i can really say to sum it all up is i dont think that because i was abused my children should be punished... Or i should be punished... If there is anyone who can help or anything let me know..
