Rude employees bad management ripoff prices

Recently, a friend and I went to the Salvation Army Thrift Store and had a very awful experience in the lack of professionalism of stores nowadays.

My friend and I asked for the price for a new pack of cheaply made headphones and expecting a good deal, the idiot who we assume is that manager blurts out, "$3.50!" and they looked like they were from the 99 Cents Only Store.

We were appalled by his response but what really got my goat even further was that we were told that employees, not the management decides how much an item is worth.

The last time I checked, the Salvation Army thrift stores sold itmes at low prices and that proceeds go to people in need, not greed. I have decided not to ever go to that particular S.A. Thift store because I am afraid I might blow up at their misguided manager.

Not only that, many of the employees they hire often are rude and unprofessional and the quality of the stuff is no good at all. To make matters worse, they overcharge too much money for books which used to be priced as low as 10 cents-$2.50 at the most.

Now, they charge as much as $10.00 for books!

This is not good at all and I will not stand for this anymore. I will complain to the corporate offices and demand that they get their act together or I will discourage anyone from patronizing their stores again!
