San Luis Bay Inn is a timehare. Billing practices are very "creative" when you send in your payment the apply it to items that are not approved by you and short pay your assesment, then they charge excessive late fees that are more than double and triple your actual assesment bill. Very dishonest.
San Luis Bay Inn is a timeshare nightmare. There are many screw ups including but not limited to San Luis Bay Inn, Suterra Resorts, Fairfield Resort Management, and the San Luis Bay Inn Homeowner Association Board of Directors. Contact these people at home or office at. The point the finger at each other saying it is the other's fault and not their problem. They double and triple charge for assesments and won't look into correcting them. Fairfield employees have been rude on the phone when you question their billing practice.
