This is to inform the readers of the way deer Creek Treats its homeowners. I was involved in a legal matter with the Association in regards to the homeowners dues. Arrangements were made to cover the balance of about $3,200. However when those arrangements were made, Deer Creek took it upon themselves to freeze my accounts that holds my Social Security Disability, my only souce of income, leaving me without my medications and the other necessities that i as an sickly individual needs on a daily basis.
After going a week without any funds and once again establishing a payment arrangement, Deer creek doubled the amount that was established in court and through an attorney to about $6,400. The first balance was outragous, however Deer Creek was going to recieve the complete balance to end the added drama to my life and have a clean slate with the Association.
The illegal hold on my Social Security and the added stress that was placed on me was dreadful and unnecessary and would not be placed on my worst enemy. Please expose these people that are robbing me blind for amenties that i can not utilize.
