In May off this year my daughters ex-husband and his now wife went to court and Had my Daughters 2 children taking away from her on false Information, we had no ideal this was happening, when my daughter went to school that afternoon to pick-up children she was informed the dad had taken them, they had taken sworn statements from her 2nd. Ex-husband who had sworn out a lie that my daughter was on xanax's and the dad and new wife said they could give them a more loving home we have proved all this to be lies but the judge in this case could care less what we have or say he never even questioned them from the start, my daughter has had hair test blood test urine test and they are all negative, the judge refuses to except the truth, we are still in court over this some how the judge in this case will not ammitt he made a mistake something is very fishy in this case, with in a week off the dad get children this collecting jars started showing up everywhere in stores this money has been used for there on personal use to pay attorney bills eat out each day and so on, they are or where in Jellico Tenn, As well as Corbin and Williamsburg Ky, they wanted to make sure we all seen them if you will note the dads name is not on the paper because she has been telling she wasn't married she has no plans off adopting a baby, The dad has a past record off assualt, and abuse, in which he plead guilty to, He is very mean to these children he don't want them he just wants to make my daughters life miserable, former ex - husband who signed the statement on her was under probation over assualting my daughter and he also had A DVO also, these 2 ex's just planned together to make these children and their mother's life misserable, the judge in this case is super real buddy's with their attorney, and he also seems to be buddy's with the Harps. So thats why we are having a very hard time getting these children back in which these people are destroying those kids but they don't care, this attachment i'm sending is setting in Jellico Tenn. At the Movie Station By post office, i have heard they are know trying to remove them as fast as possible only thing is they have forgotten afew this money they have taking from people has not been use for the right thing in which they were supposely taking it for its only for their personal use. I feel this is very wrong and needs looked into its nothing but a scam easy way to receive money, they have even dyed a 7 year olds hair till its fryed it you just wouldn't believe what these 2 kids are going threw and have been threw social workers want get involved said they cant because it was in circuit court the case is in Whitley County, Ky i do feel the money making scam needs checked into.
