Borrowed 2 books from the Long Beach Library Main Branch. Returned both books at the same time into their off-hours Depository.
A week later, I get a letter claiming that one book is received while the other is overdue. I tell them that i returned both books at the same time, and they claim that is is lost and I have to pay for the original purchase value.
The library is a nice place with a good collection, but do not place any trust on their employees who collect from the depository. They steal books while their coworkers cover up. You'll end up paying extra for books you wouldn't buy from the store.
Go there, read there, but do not use the depository.
