I'm selling my house in Orangedale area south of Arcadia in Phoenix because I can't take the harassment any longer.
I hate this neighborhood and the morons that live here. You can have your "hood" lowlives. Imagine thinking neighbors are going to be nice, I was happy to learn one of them was an author and baptist minister. Larry wrote a book called "He will Come Again" so I think great, a nice Christian neighbor. Forget it. He is like living next to satan.in fact, I can't say only him, ALL these people. I'm a neighbor who minds my own business and I'm nice to everyone.
I've been treated like crap here. Why? Ya got me? It can't be racial, I'm white, I have no kids living here causing problems. I'm quiet and don't drink, smoke - I'm really friggin boring! I don't own a slum, in fact I own the most expensive house on the damn block. Why do these people call the city every damn time something isn't perfect. Jesus Christ!
My other neighbors and I became suspicious when calls were made about our properties for really stupid issues. Like the grass is due to be mowed, and before we get our mowers out, someone's already called the city to complain. Another neighbor has an older work truck. Someone calls the city and says the truck is inoperable! A friend has his ugly car parked at our place while his daughter's in the hospital (she died sadly) but the neighbors had the audacity to report his car with out of state plates as my car, and again inoperable? Gee, out of state people are gonna get harassed for visiting? And Lord forbid their car is ugly! This is NOT Scottsdale, in fact this neighborhood is mediocre at best so why are all these people snobs?
Pool - oh this is a good one. Here's me with zero criminal record, good lawful citizen and I notice a helicopter hovering over my yard for a LONG time. The next day I get a notice from the city that my pool is green, someone reported me and the chopper came out to see evidence. YES the pool had just turned green though fully cholrinated because the filter had broke and the new one was on the way. My f-king neighbor must be looking over the fence every damn day and I don't know it. Pervert. He should have seen all of us in the pool 2 days prior and realized the pool had a temporary problem and we were on it. Does the ass think I like the water a funny color? No sooner had I called the repair guy, I have choppers overhead and the city at my door. Then a city worker comes to bother me as I'm trying to refill the pool and use the new filter. CAN I GET A BREAK PEOPLE?
Now the city's on my ass about my friend's car. He has not been here 6 months and does not have to register here if he isn't a resident. His kid DIED give him a break too. So he flew to Texas for her funeral and wants to just give us title to the old car so we can either keep it or have it hauled off. I'm sure neighbors will love that I will now own the jalopy. The city didn't like it either and was like "well can't you put it in the yard". What, if my kid was ugly you'd want me to put a bag on his head? I'll file a seperate report on the city later.
My beef here is with Orangedale and Greg Stanton area 6. They are letting neighbors spy on neighbors and basically giving license to these old retired morons making them feel important as "neighborhood patrol" my take on it is look older folks, get off your asses and get a hobby - try golf, knit something but don't mess with me. Don't trespass on my property and LOOK for something to bitch about. You all say "we're reclaiming our neighborhood" as if this is the projects! Second of all old folks - YOU ARE GOING TO DIE SOONER THAN LATER - stop acting like you're 20 and have the rest of your lives to live here. It isn't your job to harass people, furthermore you waste tax dollars running city workers around to houses like mine for petty sh*. Speaking of this - my neighbor even accused me of putting poop in his yard. Claims to have photos. Of what? I didn't do this so he has no photos of me, so what's he got? Photos of POO? Gee, can we DNA test it to be sure its my dog's poo and not random poo!? My twin sis was over (neighbor thought she was me - understandable) and that's when the poo incident occurred. She said yes, she'd been cleaning poo from the deck and had to toss it over the pool fence to pile she was making against the brick wall (the wall that separates me from Satan). She admits maybe she threw too hard and a few "poos" may have made their way over the wall. She had no idea, but the Satan Christian neighbor claims we did this purposely.
GET OVER YOURSELF YOU GUILT RIDDEN JERK! This man is SO PARANOID that we're doing things to him because HE knows he's the one reporting me all the time! DUH LARRY WE AREN'T STUPID.
Truth be told to this Christian man, we don't CARE about you enough to ever waste time doing things to you. Maybe you want negative attention but I don't have time for you so take a hike. How would you like to live near this guy?
You have one victory - I am moving. But ha ha, I have the last laugh because I will sell to whomever I please and believe me, if I can sell to HORRIBLE people I will. Not to scare folks away from buying a home here (mine's for sale), but maybe the assholes here will like YOU better. Don't take garbage from these people. Fight back and make their lives hell. As for the city, you get your own post and you are DISGRACEFUL!
Neighbors you all suck. Predjudiced nasty people. If it isn't racial is it because of how we look or something? We don't have pristine cars? Or that all of you jerks in Orangedale have no lives and nothing better to do than bother people. You are all pathetic!
