Hi, I don't know if anyone actually reads this from Home Affairs but I am just taking a shot. I have applied for the renewal of my permit 6 months ago and still nothing happened. My case is still in progress and i keep on phoning the useless customer care service who have no clue on what is happening and can't help me. I just find all this very annoying and sad, I wonder how is the country functioning when you can't even give the basic services to the people. My permit is coming to an end and I need my new one to keep on working. It just drive me mad because when I phone them and I ask to speak to the manager, they tell me the same thing as the agents and ask me to phone in two weeks and oh yes they add is there anything else we can do for you??? You have not done anything and you want to do more. Just ridiculous!
