I have a case worker that is too busy so it's easier just to let my 5 yr old get adopted by strangers than do her work. She has refused to comply with a court order pleading ignorance. For the county of Pasco who is supposed to help reunite families with their children they could not care less. There are about six case workers for thousands of clients and they are not bound by any ethical standard. My court appointed attorney has way to many clients as well. I have no one that wants to help me or my child. I just want her out of foster care and with her nearby aunt and uncle but the foster parents, Mimi and Gary Kepner are very rich and powerful and someone I know that was taking their kid to that daycare told me that Mimi Kepner tried to bribe her to help her keep me from getting my kid back because Kepner knew that this person is my husbands boss. Who knows who else she has tried to bribe. My child told me the other day that Gary is now making her call him daddy and I have witlessness So if my child ends up allowed to be adopted by these people Just know that my child will think all her family did not want her and she has a lot of family that loves her. It's my case workers fault that she is not with them now because she does not have a clue how to do her job witch is not true or the Kepners have blackmaled or bribed her to put it off as long as possible. You make the call. It's sad that the rich and powerful can do just about what ever they want. I have no one on my side like I said my court appointed attorney is too busy to give the time. God have mercy on us all. Help
