First indication of difficulty was they fooled us into signing an ad agreement of $6,000 which basically contains a within their journal. We succumbed to Melissa's efforts of adjustment. Following the agreementis acceptance time she didn't return our emails (basically consumed from the junk sensor), didn't return telephone calls, did a bad work using the advertisement and may not post the content that we invested lots of time writing. On March 9th we ended the agreement. Melissa pretended nothing has occurred, printed an advertisement which we never noticed before and requested for that $6,000. They bothered us with cost characters and today they jeopardize my organization to prosecute us in court.
