I requested a journal subscription (that we later discovered was over-priced) on July 19 and not received something from their website. It's currently middle-Dec and after departing many communications which were never delivered, I eventually got a live person about the telephone. They claimed they mightnot find any report of the deal however they may deliver the Jan problem of the journal free of charge, the my membership will begin the month after. We will observe how this works out.
