Poor service from popular science

I requested common technology in the start September, it got them till Nov 20th to obtain my first problem, although they stated it'd be there way before that.

Arrive December, no problem! I contact (after searching for about 45 units on the web for that quantity, trigger it isn't on the website site) January 6th, they've no report of me and cannot help me, after producing them lookup every Dave in the region, my title is incorrect and have no idea where my problem is. Can not resend my problem, just provide me one additional on my 2-year membership therefore a totally free one in December yah

Overall, bad support and difficult to contact, difficult to use, not encouraged.
