Invoice for subscription

I keep obtaining a statement to get a membership to Popular Mechanics. Used to donot donate to it, never received it, and cannot actually alter the gas in my own vehicle. Cannot obtain a your hands on anybody after I Google to get a telephone number - really frustrating along with a fraud!
