Unauthorized billing

I obtained a notice from Hearst Publications ostensibly threatening my ideal credit score by blaming me of not spending money on a magazine subscription to Terrace Magazine. I understand that I did so NOT donate to this; I've had a membership to it previously, but I usually purchase journal subscribers about the front-end. I understand that used to do not purchase this and have them to statement it in my experience. Based on their criticism, the membership starts on March.

I can't locate a telephone number or site or email everywhere. I'm mad. I'll never buy another item by Hearst.
