I bought Form publication from the door salesman on 8/23/08 and also have yet to get my membership. I paid $40 in money and $25 stability with check. Salesmans title is Eddie Dorsett. Please inform me my membership is arriving, and just why it's getting such a long time? This is the final moment I actually buy something from the door-to-door salesperson.
