I paid my February bill and reconnection charge. I discovered when I got home that you put the money to my January bill WHICH WAS NO SERVICE AT ALL. I went to your store in Albuquerque and they were incredibly rude and said they would not do anything. I'm out $80 for absolutely no service. I do not have a contract with you, and was told my account is "pay in advance". Do you understand what ADVANCE means???
