From out of the country, came back to reactivate my account and was charged $91.00. The employee snatched the money out of my hand and refused to provide me with a reciept. It was horrible service so I asked for my money back and was completely ignored. When asked to speak to a manager he claimed to be the manager and offered a $20 refund. Worst service. Phone was not activated correctly. NEVER will go to METRO again!
