Don't know why everyone is complaining. IT is all user error I believe. I purchased from 7-11. I plugged it in hit run and everything has been perfect. It is a second line in my home to cut down phone pricing. Calls everywhere and have not had a problem anyone calling in, you just have to leave the pc on with the program minimized. I have already saved my money that I have invested in it.
