I had my two laptops sent in with an original quote totaling 150. Here's what happened after I submitted a request for the box.
They will send you the free UPS return box within few days, super fast. They will send you a reminder email everyday, because they want your laptop in their hands as soon as possible. No kidding - everyday they will send you a notice.
Then after I sent my laptops, I did not hear anything from them for more than 2 weeks. After I got the emails regarding confirmation of the finished inspection with no quote mentioned, I still did not hear back for another 2 weeks or so. I called them something like 3-4 days in a row, left voice message, but no response at all.
One day I managed to talk to someone in the customer service, and this person quoted me $10 for one laptop, and $50 for another one, when the original quote was $50 and $100. I complained about how it seemed so unfair and more, then the bargaining talk began between us. He quoted $60, I asked $90, he said $70, then I asked for more.
In the end it was a bitter experience. Extremely unsatisfied with their service. I don't recommend sending their laptops to this place at all.
